President of the Management Board of the e-marketing agency Ideo Force Sp. z o. o. with over 1,000 completed e-marketing projects. Ideo Force's clients include such brands as BPH TFI, LexisNexis, LG Electronics, Fotojoker, Wolters Kluwer Polska, GlaxoSmithKline, iParts, Cobi, Pratt & Whitney.

In the company, in addition to coordinating the work of a team of over 50 people, he prepares marketing and e-commerce strategies.

He combines professional work strictly related to e-marketing and e-commerce with the passion of sharing knowledge. He is a lecturer at the University of Economics and Computer Science, the Kozminski University, the University of Information Technology and Management, and additionally gives guest lectures - e.g. at the Cracow University of Economics. He designed and implemented 5 unique postgraduate courses related to e-marketing and participated in designing specializations at the first and second degree studies on the use of the Internet in the operation of companies.

He is an advisor, trainer and consultant. He conducts trainings and courses. Performs research and e-marketing expertise. For many years, an expert of the Exacto Public Relations Agency and the Newsline.pl website and publishing house.

He is involved in the development of startups - he was a mentor at Startup Weekend, SAMSUNG INKUBATOR, Rzeszów Startup Akcelerator. He was a member of the evaluation committee at the "IDEA Global" accelerator.

He is the author of many books, articles and publications, including: “E-marketing. Planning, tools, practice", "Content marketing - a contemporary guide to content marketing", "E-marketing - a compendium for managers", "Lexicon of positioning".
